Causes of Unworthiness and how to find your Self Worth

We all experience feelings of unworthiness from time to time and the causes are many.

People think they should do affirmations, just believe in themselves or do hard work but this is not the truth and can lead to burnout, disappointment and further failure.

In my upcoming book I share various causes of unworthiness and how to resolve them. We explore deep rooted causes of unworthiness like beliefs, family patterns, guilt and shame and we move to self induced causes of unworthiness by setting goals too far outside of your comfort zone or doing tasks you are not naturally designed to do.
