A coaching programme that integrates powerful therapeutic, systemic and quantum methodologies. 

You will be trained in the unique Know Yourself Coaching Methodology that goes far beyond traditional coaching and traditional therapy methods. 

We aim to support a person to transform their core patterns and reconnect to their own essence (who they are without their fundamental current and past life conditioning). 

This enables a person to live their life contributing their innate value to the world not living to recycle drama patterns or seeking validation. 

MODULE 1 - COACHING

(4 Parts - 10 Training Days plus mentoring)

This module will teach you coaching skills based on professional coaching as required by the ICF (international Coaching federation) core competencies as well as some levels introduced by the EMCC (European Coaching and Mentoring) 

Our approach is primarily focused on developing a powerful and present coaching being more attention being given to you as a coach rather than the tools that a coach uses. 

This module will enable you to coach on a professional level.

MODULE 2 - Therapy

(2 Parts - 6 Training Days plus mentoring)

This module will teach you powerful therapeutic techniques that will support you to get to the heart of a matter and deal with challenging topics.  

Our approach is primarily focused transforming the patterns that are in the way of a person BEING who they are (their essence).  

1. The basics of therapy in practice (3 days) 
• Therapeutic approaches and various mental mechanisms 
2. Dealing with belief systems therapeutically (3 days) [end October 2022]
• Understanding belief systems and structure of beliefs 
• Exploration of own beliefs 
3. Advanced therapy [end November 2022] Including topics such as
• Dealing with intense emotions 
• Emotional freedom technique 
• Breathwork 
• Dissociations and projections 
• Trauma release 
• Inner child work 
4. Ongoing support and mentoring

MODULE 3 - Family Systems

(2 Parts - 6 Training Days plus mentoring)

1. Family Constellations foundational training including practice (3 days -January 2023)
2. Family Constellations integration including practice (3 days- February 2023)

MODULE 4 - Universal Laws applied in Human Dynamics

This module will introduce quantum physics principles that apply to human behaviour that will empower you on levels that most coaches and therapists cannot see. The greater your inclusion of various principles the less the level of unconscious judgement and bias you hold which results in greater presence and availability for your client.
